Job description
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled within the timeframe.
- Attend to pickup and walk-in customers.
- Prepare and pack orders.
- Familiar with all product information.
- Practice effective communication with the delivery team.
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries with drivers.
- Communicate with drivers and customers regarding the deliveries to meet customers satisfaction.
- Perform quality check on the products packing.
- Ensure inventory supply is sufficient at all times.
- Provide customer service via phone, email and whatsapp message.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
- Each role will be included in job rotation.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in F&B industry.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Good attendance.
- Good team player.
- Able to adapt to fast paced working environment.
- Detailed oriented.
- Ensures the practice of good hygiene and strict SOP's during handling of goods.
- 5 and 6 working days every alternate week.

- Conduct market research to analyse trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
- Create compelling marketing content including product messaging and branding for both online and offline channels.
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Set targets, plan and execute marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and incorporate learnings into marketing strategics and tactics across both online and offline channels.
- Supervise marketing team to ensure high-quality work and professional growth across both online and offline channels.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or any other related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing with at least 1 year in a leadership role in both online and offline channels.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including branding, messaging and audience segmentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and creative skills for contributing and creating new and innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
- Analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making for both online and offline channels.
- Good photography, videography and editing skills will be added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
