This Mother's Day, Lachér presents a new flavour born from the familiar and the refined — soursop, pink guava, and sencha. Bright, refreshing, and quietly comforting, it is a cake that honours mothers the way they deserve: with something thoughtful, something beautiful, and something that feels unmistakably like care.

Even before the first bite, the sweet, fruity fragrance of soursop and pink guava hits the nose. Then the sencha arrives — clean, softly earthy, and beautifully calm — its quiet character woven through a sencha mousse folded with Valrhona Opalys for a silky, gentle sweetness, a soft sencha sponge, and a gently infused sencha crèmeux. At the heart of it all, the soursop pink guava compote delivers bright chunks of fresh pink guava and soursop puree — refreshing, gently tangy, and deeply familiar in the way that only guava can be. The genmaicha feuilletine, crafted with Marukyuu Koyamaen genmaicha powder, adds a toasty, nutty crunch, while the mascarpone chantilly crowns it all with an airy, creamy sweetness.

Keep refrigerated (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 mins. Avoid freezing.

Take the cake out from the fridge before serving. Best serving temp: (10°C - 12°C).

Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices. Fork into every layer to savour the full experience.
