It's got a layer of silky smooth coconut mousse, two fluffy layers of almond genoise with a hint of lime, and an attractive deep orange layer of mango passionfruit compote. White chocolate gourmet scattered with almonds beautifully coats the cake while five quenelle-shaped lime mousse sprayed in stunning white velvet completes this simple, but delicious art piece.
