This baked cheesecake is made of Philadelphia cream cheese, giving it a nice buttery feel. It is lip-smacking—creamy and smooth with a balanced sweetness, tanginess, and saltiness. The flavours are admirably enhanced with freshly squeezed lemon juice and fresh lemon zest for a light and clean sourness. The almond base gives you a nice bite and brings the entirety of this overall luscious cake together with its unique nutty sweetness. As a respectable touch, a cloud-like Chantilly cream caps the cake to balance out the mild tanginess of the cheesecake and the soft earthy tones of the almond base.

    Butter, Cream Cheese, Egg, Flour, Ground Almond, Lemon, Mascarpone, Sour Cream, Sugar, Whipping Cream

    Keep refrigerated (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 mins. Avoid freezing.

    Take the cake out from the fridge before serving. Best serving temp: (10°C - 12°C).

    Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices. Fork into every layer to savour the full experience.

    Best consumed within 2 days.

    Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car. Ensure the cake is placed on a level surface at all times and keep the AC on high and avoid sun exposure.

    For journeys longer than 1 hour, use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve freshness.

    Note: We do not provide cooler bags with orders, but we deliver our cakes using cooler bags to ensure optimal quality.
