Absolutely.
For delivery, expect these notifications:
- Confirmation email after placing your order.
- Driver details when dispatched. (shortly before your chosen time slot/when your order is out for delivery)
- Proof of delivery email.
For pickup orders:
- Confirmation email.
- Notification when ready for pickup.
Submit a request using this Google form at least 24 hours in advance (or 48 hours for 1-day preorder cakes). We'll confirm via email if the changes can be accommodated.
Kindly note, any refunds (if applicable) will be credited as store credit.
We don't attach receipts with deliveries or pickups.
You can download your invoice from the link at the bottom of the order confirmation email we send you.
