Free Delivery

• Enjoy free delivery on orders totaling RM300 or more.

Delivery Locations

We do not deliver directly to high-rise units or inside malls. Items will be handed over at car-accessible lobbies or drop-off points where drivers can park without incurring fees and in compliance with parking regulations.

Delivery Time Slot

Delivery will be made within the selected time slot. Please ensure the Person In Charge (PIC) is available to collect the items.

Upon Receiving the Items

• Please ensure all products are delivered in the correct quantity and are the correct items.
• If your items arrive in less than perfect condition (e.g., melted, broken, defective), please contact us within 2 hours of receiving them. Include a clear picture illustrating the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund for the product.

Redelivery Policy

• If, by any chance, redelivery is needed, we will charge RM25 per trip.
