Every Mother’s Day, we create a refreshing new flavour to celebrate Mum — something thoughtful and full of our admiration. This year’s cake honours the quiet beauty of care, strength, and everything that makes her extraordinary.

It begins with Quince — a golden fruit with a soft, citrusy aroma that gently recalls apple and pear. When cooked, it turns tender and mellow, adding a quiet glow of refreshing fruitiness to every bite. Paired with juicy pear chunks in a delicate compote, it forms a bright, refreshing layer that lifts the entire cake.

Soft, floral, and gently balanced, this year’s Mother’s Day cake brings a refreshing flavour combination that’s light on the palate and full of grace. At the heart of it is a delicately infused White Peony crèmeux — floral and serene, lingering like a gentle memory. Just above it, a citrus sponge brings a whisper of lemon zest — subtle and bright — while a tender compote of quince and pear brings a soft, fruity glow that brightens the whole bite.

All of it is delicately wrapped in Vanilla Comoro mousse — smooth, creamy, and comforting with warm vanilla tones that tie every layer together. A light, buttery crunch from the white chocolate feuilletine at the top and bottom adds just the right contrast to the soft centre.

Refined, well-balanced, and wrapped in subtle beauty — just like Mom.

Brown sugar, Butter, Corn Starch, Egg, Feuilletine, Flour, Gelatine, Ground Almond, Mascarpone, Milk, NH Pectin, Oil, Pear in Syrup, Quince Puree, Sugar, Trimoline, Vanilla Comoro Tea, Whipping Cream, White Chocolate, White Peony Tea, Yuzu Puree

Keep refrigerated (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 mins. Avoid freezing.

Take the cake out from the fridge before serving. Best serving temp: (10°C - 12°C).

Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices. Fork into every layer to savour the full experience.

Best consumed within 1 day.

Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car. Ensure the cake is placed on a level surface at all times and keep the AC on high and avoid sun exposure.

For journeys longer than 1 hour, use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve freshness.

Note: We do not provide cooler bags with orders, but we deliver our cakes using cooler bags to ensure optimal quality.
