For this year's Father's Day, we wanted to create something as multifaceted as a father’s love — bold yet gentle, complex yet comforting. We didn’t settle for any coffee; we infused the crémeux with our own Lachér Blend, grinding the beans to extract a deep, aromatic intensity you won't find anywhere else. We didn't stop at just that; we layered in the warmth of our handcrafted hazelnut praline and the brightness of lychee, with a hint of rose. It’s an intentional harmony where the fruity, the nutty, and the floral don't just sit together — they complement one another. It is a refined celebration of flavour — deliberate, well-balanced, and made with the kind of care Dad deserves.

The experience is a revelation: it unfolds with the sophistication of a fine brew. Your first bite is met with the silky Caramel Chantilly and Lychee Mousse, which quickly gives way to the soul-warming depth of the coffee. Then comes the surprise — the Lychee Rose Compote adds a delicate floral lift that brightens the richness, while the Coffee Hazelnut Feuilletine provides a toasted, nutty crunch that lingers. It is bold, aromatic, and incredibly smooth — a celebratory cake that feels both grounded and extraordinary, just like Dad.

Keep refrigerated (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 mins. Avoid freezing.

Take the cake out from the fridge before serving. Best serving temp: (10°C - 12°C).

Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices. Fork into every layer to savour the full experience.

Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car. Ensure the cake is placed on a level surface at all times and keep the AC on high and avoid sun exposure.

For journeys longer than 1 hour, use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve freshness.
