Our carrot cake brings that warming familiarity from the very first bite, but offers little more: deeper nuttiness, warm spice, a touch of caramelised richness and a gentle citrus brightness that keeps everything in balance. The result is comforting, fragrant and surprisingly addictive, with familiar flavour and a character of its own.

A moist carrot pecan cake crafted with fresh carrots, toasted pecans, orange zest and a hint of cinnamon, creates a warm, fragrant base with gentle sweetness and subtle spice. In between, our house-made pecan praline adds deep, toasted nuttiness and caramelised richness, with pieces of pecan lending a satisfying crunch against the soft cake, moist cake. Topped with a silky orange cream cheese whip, the delicate tang of cream cheese and citrus cuts through the richness, leaving a bright, rounded finish that brings the whole cake together.

Ingredients: All Purpose Flour, Apple, Baking Powder., Baking Soda, Brown Sugar, Butter, Carrot, Cinnamon Powder, Cheese, Eggs, Glucose, Icing Sugar, Invert Sugar, Lemon, Mascarpone, Oil, Orange, Pecan, Salt, Sugar, Whipping Cream.

Keep refrigerated (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 mins. Avoid freezing.

Take out from fridge and consume within 20-25 minutes for optimal taste and texture. Best serving temp: (10°C - 12°C).

Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices. Fork into every layer to savour the full experience.

Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car. Ensure the cake is placed on a level surface at all times and keep the AC on high and avoid sun exposure.

For journeys longer than 1 hour, use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve freshness.

Note: We do not provide cooler bags with orders, but we deliver our cakes using cooler bags to ensure optimal quality.
