Storage & Consumption

Serving Tips
•⁠ ⁠Let rest at room temperature for 30–45 minutes before serving (45 mins for best texture).
•⁠ ⁠Once removed from fridge, consume within 2 hours.
•⁠ ⁠Cut only the portion you want and return the remaining to the fridge. Avoid repeated warming and re-chiling.

Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car. Ensure the cake is placed on a level surface at all times and keep the AC on high and avoid sun exposure.

For journeys longer than 1 hour, use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve freshness.
