This year’s Christmas log cake brings together the intensity of Valrhona chocolate, the aromatic sweetness of Harum Manis mango, and the warm, roasted depth of mugicha — creating a festive centrepiece that’s rich, refreshing, and quietly comforting all at once. It’s a flavour story that feels familiar at first bite, yet full of gentle surprises as you go.

From the first bite, the unmistakable deep aroma of dark chocolate fills the palate. The Valrhona Guanaja mousse delivers a deep, bittersweet richness, while the Valrhona Caraibe sponge adds notes of roasted dried fruits and toasted nuts. Beneath it all, the Mugicha cocoa nib croustillant base lends a satisfying crunch that keeps every bite textured and lively. Just as the chocolate settles, the mango passionfruit compote brightens the palate - the Harum Manis mango, known for its honeyed sweetness and natural fragrance, brings a soft tropical lift, while the passionfruit adds a delicate tang that cuts through the richness beautifully.

Keep refrigerated (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 mins. Avoid freezing.

Take the cake out from the fridge before serving. Best serving temp: (10°C - 12°C).

Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices. Fork into every layer to savour the full experience.

Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car. Ensure the cake is placed on a level surface at all times and keep the AC on high and avoid sun exposure.

For journeys longer than 1 hour, use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve freshness.
