Our Valrhona Caraibe Chocolate Hazelnut Praline Cake consists of 5 layers of texture. The Valrhona Caraibe mousse pairs dark chocolate sponge with a creamy dark chocolate Cremeux filling. An irresistible hazelnut praline base with the precise amount of caramel glaze right at the top gives an incredibly moist and intensely chocolatey flavour.
Everything you taste in this cake is REAL. With no added artificial fragrance, colouring and preservative and most importantly, NO compound chocolate. (A lower-cost alternative to true chocolate)
