Enhanced by the nutty almondy flavours of the French almond cream and almond tart shell, you'll experience a refreshing flavour harmony, where the unique flavours of yuzu move beautifully with the tropical flavours of mango.

Kochi Yuzu, known for its high acidity and fresh aroma, takes the lead in the first bite. As you chew on the soft yuzu curd and mango bits, the tartness of yuzu pleasantly cruises through your palate. The mangoes contribute a delightful fruity-floral flavour to the mix. Complementing the experience, the golden-brown handmade almond tart shell offers a satisfying crunch, while the velvety French Almond Cream gently softens the sharpness of the yuzu.
