A modern ode to a beloved local kuih, this is onde-onde like you’ve never had it before — airy, creamy, fragrant, and even addictive. It’s everything you love about the kuih, reimagined into a cake you’ll want to bring out for every occasion (or no occasion at all).

From the first bite, you’re greeted by soft, fluffy pandan sponge layered with pandan chantilly — both made from hand-extracted pandan juice from fresh pandan leaves. It’s rich in aroma yet delicate on the palate. Then comes the creaminess — coconut mousse made with pure coconut purée, smooth mascarpone chantilly, and that signature gula melaka syrup seeping gently into every layer, adding depth and a hint of caramel warmth. The centre surprises with fresh coconut flakes mixed with gula melaka, giving you that chewy-sweet crunch you didn’t know you missed in cake form.

Topped with glistening gula melaka cremeux, coconut jelly, and mascarpone chantilly — not just for looks, but to add richness, bounce, and creaminess that complete the flavour journey. It’s soft, creamy, light, and fragrant, with just the right touch of toastiness to keep you coming back for one more slice. And another. And… well, you’ll see.

Keep refrigerated (0-4°C) immediately upon receipt for at least 30 mins. Avoid freezing.

Take the cake out from the fridge before serving. Best serving temp: (10°C - 12°C).

Use a stainless steel knife for clean slices. Fork into every layer to savour the full experience.

Due to their temperature sensitivity, we recommend transporting our cakes only by car. Ensure the cake is placed on a level surface at all times and keep the AC on high and avoid sun exposure.

For journeys longer than 1 hour, use a cooler bag and ice packs to preserve freshness.
